"This property was marvelous. It’s a very local home in Marseille with lovely unique features. Mlle Andree is a kind and gracious host. We entirely enjoy meeting locals as we travel and this stay truly met that expectation. Plus, our apartment was quiet, clean and comfortable. Mlle Andre brought fresh and homemade pastries to us each evening that we could enjoy as an afternoon snack or as breakfast the next morning. We would highly recommend this property. "I’m not sure why there are bad reviews for this property. Especially since the price is budget friendly. The neighborhood is quiet with views of the mountains/hills. You have to have a key fob to get onto the property as the grounds are gated. The hostel is clean, and the staff is friendly. This was my fourth time in Marseille, and my first time in the 12th Arrondissement. I highly recommend this place. Thanks for hosting Bum Bum Jones and I! "
