"A fabulous, family-run boutique hotel in an amazing location in the centre of old town Baden-Baden. The rooms are nice and the breakfast room is stellar with lovely decor and an excellent breakfast including homemade pots of chia with almond milk and platters of tropical fruit. Plus a barista with made-to-order coffee drinks. I wish I had stayed longer and will definitely come back to this hotel and to Baden-Baden"

"We checked in on a Sunday afternoon, there was a note saying where to find a phone to call reception. This was answered straight away. The key to the room was on a board by the phone and I had been told where the room was. The entry for the hotel in the website said there was a restaurant but it was closed. "Dieses Hotel ist ein typisches Tagungshotel. Das heisst die meisten Gäste kommen nur für 2-3 Tage und in größeren Gruppen. Deswegen ist Frühstück nur bis 9.30 Uhr und Check-Out schon um 9 Uhr. Das ist vielleicht für den einen oder anderen privaten Gast sehr früh, passt aber für die Tagungshotelstrukturen gut. "Very nice boutique-type hotel in a very nice quiet side street. We had a little blip when the property was locked when we got there, but a kind delivery man was very helpful and reached the owner (?) for us. Clean rooms, new bathrooms. They held our luggage while we roamed the town after check-out."
