"Requested double got twin pushed together. Shower leaked, shower head too small. Couldn’t connect device to tv No tea or coffee facilities. Poor directions for overflow car park and continue to allow cars in the underground car park even once full. "

"I’d fully recommend this hotel for a stay when visiting Strasbourg. The tram is a 5 min walk and gets you straight into the markets and in the main station. The room was very comfortable and exactly what was needed for a base to go explore. The bed was huge and very comfy. The shower was powerful and hot. The only downside was there isn’t a baggage store once checked out. "
