"I arrived to the hotel at time when several other groups of tourists were awaiting their check-in. One lady only was available to sort out this. After half an hour in the que I was told they did not see me in the booking system due to that the hotel no longer offerred reservation via Hotels.com. After some waiting and calls to the booking department from the check-in desk finally I got my room. Overall hotel is fine and reasonable to stay for a short time."

"Great flat, straightforward check-in procedure and flexible payment options. Their office is located nearby in case if you have to pay cash prior to checking in. Flat was a bit on the chilly side (seems like windows require adjustment as some of them have a slight draft). Location-wise it's great, plenty of transport options."

"The property was very spacious, a comfortable Bed. Only issue was that the heating was not as great as could have been, but other than that it was excellent. 5 Stars"

"Property Manager communicated nicely , but Expedia Team attached wrong pictures and even not willing to resolve the issue. Do not book through Expedia because it doesn’t support customer . Pathetic services by Expedia extremely over charged and without any real time solution . "
