"Amazing stay, especially for this price. Large room, very comfortable bed, comfortable sofas in the room, well-functioning bathroom with bidet and a huge, amazing bathtub. The service was also very polite and helpful in all situations. The only negative I can say is that the wi-fi worked very poorly in the room, me and my wife could only access it from the bathroom."

"If reception is rude and has too much ego and do not respect guests then all other good things ll turn to bad. I escaped just because of one reception staff. Soooo rude. Thanks a lot - i felt as if i am in prison."

"Like anywhere else there are pros and cons. The main pro is the location, it is located right at the city centre, close to many restaurants and beautiful city attractions (Internacionalnaia 15). The lady on the phone is nice and responsive. I would say it's the only pros that I can mention.. Cons: not so clean, old property, on the 5th floor, without an elevator. Terrible smell of cheap refresher that can't be ventilated.. Musical school sharing the same park, the noise is making you feel in...

"The hotel was lush and luxurious, an excellent location and very friendly staff that were willing to help. The breakfast was good if you eat meat of youre a veggie then or vegan there will be very little for you as even the breakfast potatoes are served in the samw container as the meat. But this aside it wss a spacious room and a very enjoyable stay. I will be going back. "

"Very efficient and welcoming staff. I had to book my stay less than a day in advance, they were able to accommodate my room requests and arranged for an airport pick up. The room is very well equipped, amenities are great. The hair tools were fantastic and I wish I was staying longer to take advantage of the pillow menu selection and the restaurant. It was a very comfortable and restful night Definitely adding Zalkind to the list of favorites in Minsk. "
