Expedia prevented us from checking out early although hotel manager agreed at no charge. Expedia made false promises on timeline and resolution, wasted our time and added stress during our travels. "The only issue I had was my room a/c wasn’t good. The night wasn’t too warm, so it didn’t affect my stay. Staff were helpful. I didn’t complain about the a/c because it would have been too much trouble to switch rooms. The room was very quiet even though my window faced the road. "
