"Stayed here over F1 weekend with a great price from hotels.com. Convenient to the Kintetsu station, a bit of a walk from the JR station (1-2km, rubbish footpath near JR so a bit difficult with suitcase). Neighbourhood is personified by the fact there is a "No solicitation" sign on the street outside, and certainly there were a few ladies of the night around when I went to the train station at 5am, but as in most places in Japan, I never felt unsafe walking around (solo female traveler). "I was very appreciative of how spacious and accommodating the products were - especially with providing different options for body wash and skin care. There wasnt a massage chair included as was in the original pictures but as i didnt need for it it wasnt a loss. I would only suggest for the mattress to be changed to a more comfortable one as the one provided was very stiff. Otherwise, the pool/bathtub was a great way to wind down at the end of the day! "

"Hotel staff were excellent. Lobby and general presentation was satisfactory. Rooms are extremely dated and in massive need of a renovation. Room rates reflect the current condition of the hotel, however. So, travelers probably know what to expect. Close to the station and appropriate for Japanese business travelers but not foreign tourists, I think."
