"Very good stay for families (up to 6) who like to stay/make meals. The 2 bedrooms at ground level and 1 tatami room/dining/kitchen on level 2 so take note that there are stairs. Aeon mall is located about 10 min away for grocery shopping. There are 2 oyster huts nearby too."

We contacted the agent, and while it took a bit of negotiation, they organised someone to deliver a bigger saucepan the next day - so top marks for their responsiveness. Imari (and the nearby Okawachiyama Village) is charming, and we used it as a base to explore Hirado. "

The views from the room was beyond picturesque, it was one of those moments when you just sip your coffee and just look at the sun riseing up out of the ocean with the volcanic looking island scattered along the cost and think this is something. "Really nice option close to bus stops to hakata & 15min from the castle/city etc. Staff were quite and even got to checkin before 3pn which is a rarity in Japan. Fairly average breakfast though (at least the 'western' part)."
