"於入住當晚酒店職員通知當晚和翌日晚上，均會停電，而酒店沒有於入住前預先通知，本人很難接受。 另外，有關房內設施，浴室門邊破爛，又沒有把手，很難關起來；電熱水壺有很多污漬，好像之前有人用過，而未有清潔。 酒店所處的位置好，故此今次選擇這酒店，樓高風景好。只是因上述酒店管理不善所造成的問題，對本人今次旅程大打折扣。 "

"We booked this hotel one day ahead. When we arrived at the hotel we found construction fence all around and no lights or activity anywhere behind it. Walked twice all the way around the fence and found the only "entrance" was a gate for cars which was shared with another building. There the guard told us the hotel is closed down. Walked around again to really make sure and a lady from neighboring building confirmed it is really closed down. Double checked it is the right place - same as on...

"Front desk service was helpful. Room was in clean condition. Variety food at breakfast. Some improvments are suggested, for instance, fix all 2-hole sockets of whick only one could be inserted by an adpater in room 208. Also, very nice to have body lotion in room."

"Staff are not helpful as they will blame on you if you order the food and cannot be connected with the delivery staff. (PS: the signal of the phone is weak in the room and you are hardly reached in your own mobile) It is hard to connect WiFi in room."

"Noisy in my room. Change room three times. Animal sound at night. Front desk made mistakes and removed breakfast from my room, needed to get out of the cafeteria and went to front desk for verification. They also charged me for room change fee because the room was upgraded."
