Chalés confortáveis em meio à natureza, excelente café da manhã, funcionários muito solícitos tanto na recepção quanto no restaurante sem esquecer do pessoal da limpeza. Todos simpáticos! Já ê a segunda vez que passamos um período nesse local. Com certeza voltaremos novamente! "

"The workers woke me up out of my sleep just to replace a broken key. It could’ve waited until I got up. This caused me to be extremely tired for an event I was trying to get rest for. Very unprofessional. Other than that everything in the room is either old or broken, the breakfast sucks, and the location is far from everything. The beach in question is a man made sewage dump. I think this entire hotel needs new management and a renovation "

"We made a good choice to stay here. The hotel is centrally located in the historic part of town near all the shops and restaurants. It was very easy to walk around the town and see all the interesting museums and palaces. We had a long international flight which meant we arrived at the hotel very early after little sleep overnight and luckily we were able to check in to our room straight away which was much appreciated. "Hotel não vale o valor da estadia. Quartos sem nenhum tipo de acústico. Conseguimos escutar tudo que as pessoas falavam e faziam nos quartos ao lado, também no corredor. Café da manhã muito simples, ou seja foi tudo muito ruim, a pior estadia da minha vida. Falamos com a recepcionista e a mesma disse que quem montou o hotel não pensou nessa parte de acústico, e disse sentir muito. Mas sentir muito não devolve o dinheiro que pagamos e que foi muito mal pago."

The towels are extremely old, like the sheets that barely cover the mattresses, not to mention that if you don't know Rio de Janeiro, this property is very far from the city's tourist attractions, it’s located on the part of the mountains and when it rains it is extremely dangerous.
