"Reception staff were excellent helpfull and very accomodating . The bar staff were very helpfull specially the barman calked jack he was so freindly and was so helpfull,. We had lovely three nights and enjoy our stay the only thing i thought need improvement us the poole showers did not have soap tp get the chlorile off your skin ,appart from this little things we had a lovely stay and we will be using the hotel again when we visit Weymouth again "

Our room was great, with a nice cosy theme. The bed was too firm for me and my partner, though that is down to personal preference and no fault of the hotel. The bathroom had a very big shower which was nice. The towels were lovely and soft. The food was excellent. We had a meal in the conservatory in the evening. Breakfast was also good with plenty of choice. We would stay there again."
