"Our stay was amazing we took the grandchildren as we went to Reindeer lodge on the Saturday. The hostess left everything you might need and the horse came across to see us every day which the girls loved. There was only one fault which didn't affect our stay one of the keys to the french window didnt work and i forgot to let them know as it wasnt a problem because we just used the front door .We would definitely come back here again. "

"I can’t praise this hotel enough I’ve stayed all over the world in some fabulous hotels but this was outstanding. From the moment we arrived our host Pam made us more than welcome even allowing us to take part in their Burns night that they had on that evening . If you’re visiting this area and are lucky enough to get a room this has got to be the best place to stay ."

"Hotel with character and tradition but old and without modern decor. Set in 6 acres close to Wrexham and Bangor on Dee. Excellent full Welsh Breakfast. This hotel was to close 48 hours after our stay so any more detail information is of no value."
