"I was thoroughly impressed with the service, my room, and the staff there was thoughtful, very kind, and especially helpful. The only concern I had was with the missing light switch plate in my room (327) in my bathroom. However, it was to be expected as they were going through some renovations, although, I'm unsure if it may have extended throughout the whole of the hotel, or if it was just only regulated to the front where the their café was being rebuilt. Regardless, I enjoyed my weekend...

"I like the hotel but the lighting is terrible. The hallways to the rooms are lit up like a hospital and the rooms aren’t much different. Hotels are supposed to be relaxing not make you feel like you’re being blinded. "

"The best. Wonderful suite. Friendly staff. Everything is as it should be. We visit 2-3 times per year and it’s always a wonderful time. We can relax in the suite with a beautiful view of the lake. Having an amazing restaurant downstairs makes it even better. Their food has always been delicious. Already planning our next trip back. "
