"Quirky place high up in the mountains. Beautiful setting. Great breakfast and good sizes rooms, however the walls are paper thin so you hear your neighbours at all hours. We didn’t get much of a lie in! Our shower was luke warm and not very powerful. "

"Great choice in the area to explore both sides of the border. It is much cheaper to stay in Germany than Switzerland. A ten minute walk to the Rheinfelden train station on the Swiss side where you can access all of Switzerland. Breakfast is very good, room is up to date and clean. Staff is friendly and attentive. Elevator is tiny! Several grocery stores nearby. Would like it better if the room to had a fridge. I've stayed here twice and would happily do so again."

"The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever had anywhere—cold cuts, 3 kinds of bread, smoked salmon, sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, yogurt, chees, scrambled eggs and bacon, plus cereals, pancakes and coffees and fruit juice. Trafo is easy walking distance from the railway station. My only complaint was a lack of USB ports in the room. I had to borrow an adapter from the front desk, and it took forever the recharge the battery. Not fancy, but excellent service. I would stay again."

"When we arrived to check in, 5 minutes early...we were greeted by three employees at the front desk. The woman who appeared to be in charge told us "we need a moment, please go sit on the red sofa." There was no "hello" no "we will be with you in just a moment" but rather...we are too busy to help you, you are here five, yes five minutes early...go sit on the couch and wait. It was a rude arrival to our accommodations and left a bad flavor for our time in your hotel. A little hospitality training would be advised for this employee. The young woman that checked us in couldn't have been friendlier. The manager didn't even say hello. "

"We were not sure about staying at Jufa because it was out of the way, however, it's location is what made us love our stay even more. This is one beautiful, scenic and peaceful hotel. The perfect place to unwind. There was plenty of parking and an elevator to bring you to the hotel entrance making it easier. Wish there was another elevator inside the hotel, but they offered to help us with our bags. We were warmly welcomed and check in was a breeze. Our room was wonderful, a little dated decor-wise but it added to the charm of the place. So comfortable. We were given robes, slippers and towels to use at the pool and spa which was so nice. We booked Jufa because of the spa and were so glad we did. The pool was huge and the perfect temperature. We were the only ones to use it at the time making it even more luxurious. Slept so well afterwards. Breakfast, in the morning, was outstanding and absolutely delicious. Lots of choices. We sat at the corner table and looked out over the hills and valley and it was spectacular. A definite highlight of our European vacation was our stay here. We have talked about returning to Jufa again in the future and staying longer. Loved, loved, loved this hotel. We missed it the moment we left. Thank you Jufa."
