"A&w was right in front great quick cheap option to eat. Close to the falls and can either walk or drive to Canada. Would be cheapest to park at hotel or USA side and walk to Canada was charged fee to cross border and then parking is charged hourly in Canada. Make sure to take passport USA side is pretty boring not much to do. Restaurants for dining on USA and Canada side are very expensive for dinner. Niagara Falls best view is from Canada and walking around the town there was fun! "

"The most difficult thing was getting there after dark - the address (used for the GPS) is not the entrance to the hotel so we had to drive around to find it. Staff were very pleasant and helpful."

When our first room had a powerful perfume scent - it smelled like the last tenants sprayed half a bottle of perfume in the room and it lingered for several hours - the staff were quick to change our room, without issue! The room was clean and well laid out. The only things that could have been better were the blinds (can't cover the windows) and TV options (having access to streaming services would have been nice)."

"We were in downtown Buffalo for an event and we chose this hotel because it was within walking distance to the event. The hotel was beautiful and our room was lovely. We didn't hear traffics noise or sounds from inside the hotel. The bed was so comfortable and I had wished we were staying another night just so I could sleep in it one more time. Our only complaints were that our fireplace didn't work and the bathroom door was a barn door setup but there was a large gap when it was closed. I was...
