Very quiet for relaxing and sleeping, and plenty of kangaroos and birds visiting the property. Simple but decently equipped, we were able to make a Christmas dinner in the kitchenette. Friendly and communicative management, no issue with us arriving a bit late. Would definitely recommend and consider coming back if we visit the Grampians...
