"We have just returned from a lovely two night stay in Dunkeld. There was five adults staying at the property and it was so warm, clean and inviting. We stayed very warm (given the outside temperatures down to 2 degrees) around the wood fire and the multiple panel heaters kept the entire house warm. "Great location immersed in nature yet close to Halls Gap center. The house is a bit dated (especially the appliances), but comfortable size for two to three couples except for the single bathroom/toilet available. Nice outdoors sitting options (weather permitting), pleasant common area and setup. All in all a good weekend or short holiday escape"

"This was a bit of a strange place. Not maintained, very old, lots of things didnt work. Shower sprays in all different directions, fountain and spa are out of order, some lights didnt have light bulbs or didnt work and the furniture was out dated and the kitchen was awkward and hard to use. Overall, it was ok but I wouldnt return."
