"We absolutely loved this hotel. The decor is beautiful the whole place has a lovely homely, country feel, the staff couldn’t be more helpful and it’s immaculate. Our room was gorgeous with lovely touches like home made biscuits a luxurious bed waiting for us and our dog along with bowls and treats for her. Toiletries were really nice, made with essential oils. Amazing food too and we felt very welcome! "

The carpets areceorn and dirty, they need changing or at the very least cleaning. 2. The hot water in the shower takes too long to heat up (approximately a minutes) 3. "2 night stay at Willow Valley. Which is fantastic location just outside Bude on the A39. Stayed in the 3 bedroom lodge which was HUGE. Highly recommend this accommodation for families who are holidaying together. Loads of room for everyone, and you wouldn’t feel like you’re intruding into each other’s space. To top it off, private patio with table and chairs with the added bonus of the hot tub. "
