Our observations this visit were that 1) the paint was chipping off the floor of the shower 2) water from the shower/shower door always made a big puddle on the floor, and the towel mat usually stayed soaking wet 3) room service was available only during the week, but we did not see this posted anywhere onsite, so we ended up calling the front desk.
