"The location and amenities worked out great for us. College Station weather with rain tried to dampen the stay. The outdoor covered patio was large and worked out great for our get together."

"We traveled to College Station to spend Thanksgiving with our Aggie student. The house was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Watching the Aggies play basketball while relaxing in the hot tub was a highlight! David was very responsive with any questions that we had. I definitely recommend this listing for any stays that you have in the College Station Area. "

"Good sized unit for 4 to 6 people,. Clean townhouse in a nice development . All bedrooms upstairs, so if you have mobility issues cconsider this. Would stay again"
