"For what we paid and what we needed this for it was an excellent location and stop off for our journey. One of the beds was very very soft which want to my liking but otherwise everything was absolutely fine and we will use again if making a similar trip."

The only problems we had was the WiFi connection never worked and if using the shower water would go everywhere as the curtain provided didn’t seem to stop anything so you had to be a bit careful other than that the staff were very helpful and friendly the breakfast cooked options had a good variety and the hotel was clean and well maintained."

When we arrived, we were told that they did not have a reservation for us and when we showed the email confirmation, we were told that they did not work with Hotels.com and that they did not have the rooms available. We were able to resolve the situation eventually, but not a pleasant nor welcoming experience!"

"Luttrell Arms is a charming hotel, full of character and we were made to feel so welcome by Julie on reception. Our room was amazing and very comfortable. Lovely gardens, perfect for a G&T in the late afternoon! We had dinner in the restaurant both evenings. Excellent food and a special mention to Gabor and Jules who both worked so hard. Already planning a return trip!"
