"This place is in need of a face lift. The lights in our room didn't work, only 1 lamp was functioning. We went down to the Pool with our kids & there were absolutely no towels, hot tub was out of service. Water temp was very nice though in the main pool. Slide was fun, kids enjoyed that. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly but this place is just, old and is showing its age. Rooms are really outdated & the hallways consistently smelled like cannabis. "Great hotel! Very friendly staff. I was with my toddler and the staff were very helpful. The only thing that was a little disappointing is the shuttle service was not 24/7. We had to get a taxi since our flight was before the shuttle service opened at 5am. "

"We chose the Sandman because of its proximity the car dealership where our car was being serviced. This hotel is very helpful and accommodating to some of the more unusual requests made of it. It’s close to the airport so is convenient for that but often has no vacancy for that reason. It’s clean and quiet. The beds are comfortable. Only one of the two elevators requires a keycard to access guest areas which lowers the guest security. It would be nice to have that option working in both...
