"Check in was good but the gentleman was hard to understand. Heater in room 438 makes a horrible noise. Bed has to be replaced feels like springs in your back pinging everytime you turn over. Shower piddles out. "

"Staff are excellent, especially at reception. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast at Monica's was perfect. Oh and it was so quiet. Definitely staying here again. "

"Staff was extremely accommodating. I did have an issue with the bathtub. And they were very quick to fix it, was quick, and very respectful of me and my space. The rooms were absolutely amazing. Definitely. The cleanest and biggest places I have stayed in grand prairie for a super affordable price! Plus it was pet friendly, making me and my travel partner feel very safe! She actually slept this trip and felt at ease staying here!! "
