"A super greeting and easy booking in system. A great vibe was around the hotel. In walking distance to all of Yorks attractions and nightlife. Breakfast had a great selection and variety, which ensured you were fuelled for any walking. Small gym room but held enough for a work out."

"Absolutely stunning. Beautiful location. The hotel is situated in the perfect place. Staff are amazing in the hotel and restaurant. We will be back to try the other rooms. Ignore the negative reviews, this is a unique, quirky hotel and if youre a bit of a whimsical goth, you will love this place. Also the restaurant menu and interior is much better than the ivy.
