The front desk staff were lovely, and the lady tending the breakfast buffet March 13-16 was top notch: 5 stars to her. We were disappointed with the housekeeping. "Great location, within 5 minutes walk from Midi station. All attractions are within 30 minutes walk. Only worst point is no refill of coffee bag after room cleaning, you need to get it from the reception counter from time to time."

"The property itself is gorgeous and our stay was very pleasant but unfortunately the area around is surrounded by vagabonds and piles of garbage. It’s not the hotel’s fault but we felt unsafe going in and out of the hotel. "
