"This was our second time staying here and love the hotel. There was a large party there and they blocked the main floor hallway and heavy smokers just outside the door. Also our second time at Twigs. Great food but the service (again) was poor. Good breakfast."

"It was great. I was especially impressed with all staff members. The folks at the front desk were outstanding. The breakfast guy was very friendly and did a good job. The Maintenace staff and housekeeping folks were all so friendly and helpful. My wife had surgery at the Mayo clinic, and it was a stressful time for us. All of the SpringHill staff made the stay more comfortable. Thank you!"

"The hotel is new and everything was in perfect condition. It was really nice to have a fully functional kitchen. The staff were nice and very helpful. They even helped me figure out how to get reimbursed from Hotels.com when we were ready to leave a day early. The breakfast was a pretty standard hotel breakfast but it was very nice to have the convenience. They would have taken us to a nearby restaurant by shuttle but we preferred to walk. Overall a very nice experience. "
