"Only minor issue was the lack of hot drink making facilities in the room. Complimentary coffee/tea was available from a machine in reception, but meant a trip down from the room and back to get anything. "

"The Quorn Grange is a very good hotel but the staff are quite short handed. At breakfast there is just one staff member struggling on her own. In the evening, the bar is unattended for lengthy periods. "
