"Very well presented and clean. Well equipped with all we needed. The only frustrating thing was the keypad which was supposed to be activated by 3 fingertips on the pad but so often seemed deeply asleep and took numerous attempts to 'wake' it...!!?? "

"Awesome place, a little small but had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Place had a few small issues like broken door handle, lose taps and no rubbish bags. Small things but overall pretty happy. Resort facilities we great. Communication was great. Thanks for the stay"

"I may have missed it in the description, but this property does NOT have air-conditioning. The house was very stuffy and hot when we arrived, but admittedly cooled off nicely at night. Fans were provided and very necessary. The house was nice and clean, but some appliances were in poor condition or not working. There is a washing machine, but the "dryer" is a set of cloths lines in the back yard! lol I had the impression this property was closer to the beach and maybe even had a nice view, but...

"This is a beautiful house, very spacious, lovely native bush surrounding it. But we would never stay here again because the mold smells were so bad, espacially sleeping downstairs. My son left with a respiratory sickness after two nights of breathing mold in the downstairs bedroom. We opened all the windows to air the place out, but without screens on the windows, the mosquitos were so bad that my other two family members left with about twenty itching bites between them. They need humidifiers,...

"A great place to stay with views over towards the beach and close to most places on the island. Unit was clean and tidy and the resort itself was small, but had everything you needed. The only down-side was that when we received our arrival instructions, there was a note that the pool incurred a $10 charge which I thought should be included in the room cost. I would certainly stay there again when staying in Waiheke. "
