Pros: we had their biggest room, with two approx (just guessing) 3m x 4m bedrooms, 6m x 5m main room (incl kitchen).plus bathroom. Good quality interior fitout. Kitchen had fridge, 4 burner gas stovetop, microwave, electric kettle. No laundry, oven, dishwasher, or toaster. Some of the negative aspects can't be helped - such as the fact that there is a resort on either side of the house.
