"A very friendly family run hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. Our third visit and would recommend. "

"Hotel is lovely and the rooms were clean and tidy. A few ants but that can’t always be helped. The hotel is a bit outwith the resort and if you struggle with walking then maybe not for you. Taxis are few and far between and are expensive €8 for a quick mile or so into the resort and to walk back in the dark could be dangerous due to the lack of pavements and the darkness. A shuttle bus would be perfect maybe a few times a day from the hotel. Also, maybe some evening entertainment or a kid’s...

"Can’t say enough about this hotel. Lovely stay the staff were amazing the two ladies on reception went above and beyond. Rooms cleaned and fresh towels daily. Pool was fab and never an issue to get a sun lounger. Alison and Tony at pool bar again so lovely and helpful food and drink top notch. The bar in hotel gentleman was so helpful with tips and amazing cocktails. Breakfast buffet had loads of options from breads to cereals , salads , hot options. "On the mountain/street side there is a bar right opposite which is a bit noisy at night. Otherwise great hotel with good facilities including parking and a pool"

"We had no hot water for 3 hours after arriving and had to walk to a nearby hotel to get hold of a member of staff who eventually sorted the situation. The advert stated ‘free breakfast’ and ‘free airport transfer’ Neither were available and were our main reasons for booking the hotel. Regarding the breakfast, we were leaving early (7.45am) and asked if it would be possible to provide a breakfast box. This was apparently not possible. There were no staff onsite at any point during our stay....
