"Check-in took a while as there was apparentice trying her best to accomodate our request which I greatly appreciate. Rooms are a bit small, but does not cause any inconvenience. Location is optimal; skyline plaza takes 4 mins walking, and there are other dining options near by. Having a bath tub is always great, though you might have to compromise high floors for it. Overall, had great 2-nights stay. "

"Very good location near to cafés, restaurants and buses (I recommend Die grüne Kaffeebohne). Comfortable, homely reception area and friendly, helpful staff. Private rooms are a bit cramped, and you need to be careful with your curtains as there are no blinds and people can and do walk right past! "We’ve stayed as a few Motel Ones this trip and this one was a perfect location. Only issue I had was the staff was not as friendly. The front desk accidentally charged 4 days of parking for a two night stay. I was not angry, mistakes happen. When I noticed it on the invoice I went back to the front desk to have it corrected.
