"I arrived at about 3 pm. The hotel was with closed and locked gates. I was sure that it was closed as I didn’t see anyone inside. About 45 minutes later the reception person arrived from home. Apparently, his shift starts at 4 pm. I asked to be upgraded from a very old building to a new one. I had to pay extra for the upgrade. I got a room in the new building which was great. "Very basic hotel but ideal location for the centre of Mantova. Rooms are quite small but acceptable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I had a slight problem with the internet when I arrived but they put me in a different room and then everything worked fine. Overall happy with my stay."

"All Rooms are ground floor and purpose built in a courtyard with a garden setting, with parking close to the Rooms. Good size rooms comfortable bed good bathroom facilities. Maybe slightly tired looking but comfortable. Excellent location near the autostrada and easy to find."
