"Honestly we were a bit concerned reading some of the reviews before our trip but our stay was fine! Reception staff friendly, check in and out process easy. The room was clean and tidied daily, breakfast was good. Nice balcony views. Sauna not working during our stay but other spa facilities were fine. No boot dryers in the ski lockers which would be a good thing to improve on."

"Advice for those booking: 1. Hotel name does not match the listing here. It is “Balambra Hotel Les Menuries” 2. The “Les Bruyeres” bus stop is right outside so really easy for accessing other parts of Les menuries if you’d like to by bus or if an airport transfer drops you off at the Gare routière. Review: This hotel was a great place for my first time in Les Menuries. I was nervous going as an American but I was able to do everything I wanted despite not knowing really much French at all....

"Le studio pour 4 n'est pas pour 4, nous étions 2 et c'était le max. Nous nous attendions à un peu plus de commodité (un seul rouleau de papier hygiénique pour 7 jours, pas de sel et poivre, ...). L'emplacement est excellent, au cœur de Méribel et à quelques pas des pistes. Le personnel à l'accueil est très courtois et répondait à toutes nos questions. "This hotel was very comfortable to stay in with friendly and accommodating staff. The included breakfast was fine, not sure about the dinners as we chose to eat out. The room was clean and very comfortable for the week. Pool table, ping pong and table football all well appreciated by the teens we had on the ski trip. Easy to walk to Clotes lift and you are right in the village. Bring ear plugs for party nights in the town - but we only heard noise on 1-2 nights and it wasn't bad. Good skis...
