"This property urgently needs a renovation in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything is very old and have mold in the room and bathroom. The towels are extremely old, like the sheets that barely cover the mattresses, not to mention that if you don't know Rio de Janeiro, this property is very far from the city's tourist attractions, it’s located on the part of the mountains and when it rains it is extremely dangerous. "Room is spacious king size bed but two single beds together. Breakfast is very good, internet not so good, had to go out of the room to connect. Good restaurant with good dining options, outside area of the hotel is nice"

"Stayed in a Triplo Chalet with a queen bed. Room was cozy and had everything we needed. No fan or air conditioning, but the temperature dropped into the 50s F at night and so was very comfortable. There was a neighborhood dog who barked much of the night (very annoying) and we could hear someone snoring nearby, which was surprising seeing how the chalets are situated. "O hotel está próximo de uma área comercial, nem tanto do centro histórico. Estava com uma boa organização para atender as condições sanitárias. O café é farto, diversificado e de qualidade. As condições do quarto deixam um pouco a desejar. Estava frio e as janelas não isolam, não tem cobertor no quarto (mas foram disponibilizados mediante pedido), a torneira do banheiro não tem água aquecida. Todo o barulho da rua é ouvido no quarto. Além disso, o quarto não tem espaço como armários ou suportes...
