"We only stayed for one night and the main reason I've booked it was to be close to the railway station. Ones you used a number of escalators to reach the station exit the hotel iz just a couple of min away. The hotel was very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful and the ladies working in the breakfast room were amazing. Breakfast was good. "Very nice hotel at the top of a mountain with a great view. Beautiful and quiet area to walk around. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was quite good. Going up the mountain in the taxi was quite scary as the roads are very narrow and steep. The room doesn’t have a minibar, which would have been nice. Definitely would come back and recommend it to those looking for some quiet and relaxing time."

"The hotel is in a great location easily walkable to the Duomo and museums as well as a bus stop (Stuffa Secca) that takes you to / from the Siena train station (although be warned, it's a short but steep climb up the hill from the stop to the hotel).
