"Necesitan remodelar, está muy bien el área, La atención excelente, muy limpio. Pero necesitan comprar otras sobrecamas parecen del año de 1910, también pintar el hotel por fuera parece un lugar abandonado."

"Clean hotel, there were doing some work in the floor hallway, but nothing that would make it less comfortable. A little dated, especially the rooms, though super clean and great staff. Would consider staying again. "

"The hotel itself is not too bad, acceptable I`d say but the staff is the worst I have ever seen. The absolute lack of education and customer service is astonishing, to the point that they don`t answer your salute or aren`t able to indicate where the room is. Basically this people should just change job and let professionals take care of the hotel "

"We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel. Pool area was nice and clean with mountain view. Rooms could be more modern, a little old fasioned but also clean. Loved the fan (works great without any noise). Looooved the balcony and spectacular mountain views. Enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant with nice music and again moutain view, food was lovely, delicious ice cream. The most beautiful sunset! But.. very poor food selection for breakfast.. "

"They gave me a very dirty room with 3 single beds...when I asked for a clean room they told me that all the rooms were busy and that they would look for something else for me. I went to the bar and when I came back they had given away my room because my luggage in it! They gave me back my luggage but the room was prepaid and they didn’t give me back my money! I had to go to a different hotel. I need to know how to get my money back,"

"Had just 1 night at the hotel. Doesn't look anything from outside, but its very bice once you walk in. Breakfast was good too. Can't beat it for that price. Spot on."
