"Very nice house with beautiful swimming pool in a small tuscan village. Quite charming and nicely built. Kitchen and living room area as well as shower at the pool requiring some renovation. However, with very nice weather time spent mainly outside. Very helpful support by rental agency when required."

"Very good communication from the owners before and throughout our stay. The property is very well equipped and we really enjoyed the pool area and garden. This is a more rural part of Tuscany, but Lucca, Pisa and Florence etc can be reached by car, or car and train. A lovely place to stay. "

"Paolo was very helpful showing us the way to the house and inviting us to use vegetables from the garden behind the house. The house is very nice, completely equipped (dishwasher, washing machine etc.), spacious and very clean. It is on a quiet road; especially on the backside you have lots of privacy. The pool is great and there is a lot of space for children to play. The only disadvantage we could think of, is that there are no shops or restaurants nearby; you always need to go by car."

The property is ideal for a small family, two adults & two children, with local shops in walking distance, feeling neither surrounded nor isolated. The pool was just right to cool off and the nearby river is ideal for the kids to paddle & explore. The owners were friendly and welcoming. Would recommend this property to anyone wanting to explore the region."
