This is a hotel steeped in history, having been owned and operated by the same organisation for over 100 years, a book in each room describes the journey that the hotel has taken to get to today. "Excellent location , only a few minutes walk to the christmas market in karl johans square , and also to the pier for the fjords cruise . Many bars and restaurants surrounding the hotel too . Rooms were comfy , clean and modern and the breakfast had a good variety to set you up for the day! Lovely bar area too to chill with a drink on an evening . We would stay here again . "
