"Great experience. Lady at front desk was very helpful. Thought it was a great deal for Oslo. I had a rent a car, so easy to get to. No tv in room, fine by me. One in the lobby. Shared bathroom, clean and convenient. Full shared kitchen. Very convenient. I went to the local market, heated up pasta and sauce. I would definitely recommend. Lobby had a nice zen feeling. Nice touch with the battery candles. "

Otherwise, it was a cozy apartment room, great view into the city, and was very convenient in terms of walkable locations and bus availability. Room was kept well, water pressure in shower was fantastic, soap smelled nice. Parking voucher would have been nice, but otherwise it was a good experience. "

"Good location but 35 mins from airport. Transportation $40-$60 with Bolt. The hotel is contactless and self service. Everything is done by text. Good response time but this was a surprise to me. They should send you a follow up message after you make your reservation advising how to check in. If l didn't buy a SIM card from the airport l don't know how l would have contacted them. That experience was alarming to me. Good pubic transportation from the hotel to the city proper."

"This was was the worst booking I have made. I made a booking and received the confirmation too. When I went to to the apartment location at the time of check in, I contacted the online agent to send me an access cod which was meant to b sent to me to enter the building and the room. However, the agent went back and fourth with me for 2 hours to end up saying they haven’t got a booking for me even though I sent him a screenshot of my booking confirmation they could not do anything.
