"The hotel was nice. The woman at the front desk who spoke English was very unfriendly. Seemed very annoyed if we asked questions. We opted to parking in their garage and the woman was pointing right while telling my husband to drive left. She was getting angry that he didn’t know if he should go right or left. Perhaps she needs a refresher course in English in the difference between left and right. Dining and cleaning staff were very nice. Overall the front desk staff was not friendly, except...

It is on top of a mountain and in the country so you can expect to see bugs in your room like spiders, mosquitos, stink bugs, but they are mostly all harmless and more of a nuisance than anything.
