It is very comfortable (beds and air conditioning) and decorated sooooo lovely. The town of Murs was quiet and so worth visiting. The views are wonderful too. "Showed up late, they had cancelled my reservation. They took me in but still charged me the cancellation fee, and more per night than the original booking fee... Very limited outlets in the room and WiFi very weak. Desk staff absent much of the time. "

"Stay was spoilt by the fact that despite booking two rooms on Hotels.com and showing a copy of the booking the hotel insisted there was only one room booked. The reception eventually agreed to the second room and the guests had to pay rather than using the card the hotel was reserved with. The Hotel was fine but the check-in admin was disappointing."
