"We followed the instructions the hotel sent and found it with no problem. Its in a very central location so really convenient for sightseeing and transport connections. Check-in was quick and the room was small but comfortable. Breakfast was very good too with plenty of hot and cold choices. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is that house-keeping forgot to replace tea, coffee, milk etc in the room each day, so we had to ask reception for more each night so we could have a cup of tea in the...

"Great location and close to the train station. TV didn’t work, but we were moved to another which also had a better view. The only other problem has was on check out when a meeting room fee had been added to our, which we had not booked or used. This was then deducted from the bill."

"The hotel is in a perfect location to get to easily from Arnhem Centraal station within 10-15 minute walk. Also very easy to walk around the city centre. Lots of shops and places to eat. Very easy to walk to the main bridge and the free to visit Airborne Bridge museum. 10-15 bus ride to the Airborne Museum Hartenstein as well. People very helpful and friendly. "

"location was perfect for the event we were going to and had lots to offer in terms of supermarkets and restaurants. also the coffee from the bar in reception is really nice. hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful if needed. so much space in the room. bathroom was great. the only thing was the temperature control in the main room wouldn't go up so was slightly chilly."
