"The hot spring is the main reason I booked this hotel for. Unfortunately, we were told on arrival that the hotspring for women were not available. There are plenty of choices cheaper than this hotel if no hot spring provided. I should have choose other hotel if I know hot spring is not available. Also, the bed was placed under the window and there was water leaking from the window to the pillow. "Clean, quiet hotel. Bathroom floor level with the room. Good room except the seal around the window was not totally tight and there was a slight draft of freezing air. The blackout curtains helped block most of the cold but I still had 2 climates in the room, the heater kept about 2/3 of the room warm but the 1/3 of the room next to the window was cold. No under bed storage area is a problem in a small room but there was enough room between the foot of the bed and window to lay my open...
