Walking distance to Monmouth Beach, ammonite pavement, 20 minutes walk. There’s a pool, a jacuzzi, and a sauna. You got to book first, one hour each family/room. "Lots of on-site parking, easy walk into town, its bed only no breakfast but that was fine for us, oddly there was no one on site, access to the property was by emailed code which was tapped into the front door access panel, but that was OK for us, same with the rooms. The only staff member I saw and spoke to was the cleaner. "

"Definitely a 5* review, we would definitely stay again. We had a family room so the children had their own bedroom. It was one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed in, immaculate! The breakfast options were fantastic and the staff were all so friendly. We immediately felt relaxed. Locationwise it was a short stroll to the beach or up the hill to the lovely Royal Oak pub. We also had a tasty lunch at the local Bank Cafe. Very short journey over to Lyme. Quiet in the evenings. Perfect...
