No bathroom amenities were provided, except soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner (no cups, shower cap, etc). The front desk staff doubled assigned another guest to the room I was already assigned to, and it caught me by surprise, but I understand mistakes can happen, and she handled it accordingly.
