"The hotel was definitely a nice place I am sure in its heydays. The place is old where the renovations are done they are substandard. The carpet in the corridor is old and has bad damp smell. The room is definitely spacious compared to other family rooms I went to buy there is an extension added to the room and Yoh in this rain there was a leak and smell of dampness in the room so people with any hypersensitive airways stay away from their place. "It was not even close to why we expected . The rooms were very basic and not well maintained . The facilities were sub par and the staff ( with very few exceptions ) were not at all interested in assisting or being friendly . We received limited information about what to do and what the facilities were . I rarely write bad reviews but we ended up leaving half way through our stay and they were not even interested as to why . We forfeited two night ( and we had two rooms ) it was so bad . "

"No elevator, no dining option other than room service with limited menu. Room was clean but dated. Only 5 channels on the tv and none of them any good. Some broken furniture in room. Breakfast buffet was good. People were nice."
