"The room was tiny, dirty and stuffy with no AC to help regulate the temperature. We had to pay extra for a bed that I would have assumed came with the room as I booked it for three people. Staff were often not around at the front desk to help, because they were short staffed. Machines in the games room, stopped working (although a discount was offered when this happened). "Nice hotel in amazing location, surrounded by endless forests and cycle paths. The dining/breakfast area is the heart & soul of the hotel. Everything was fine, but the hotel is beginning to show its age and could do with a major revamp of the bedrooms. The room we stayed in was tody and clean, but old and with a funny (and awkward) lay-out. Would love to stay here again, but might just wait until the bedrooms are modernised...."
