"The actual unit was fairly clean on the inside but the screened in area was dirty, with torn screens. The toilet was hard to flush. The plastic chairs were cracked and unsafe to sit on. The backyard was unusable. The street had some construction going on and the noise was loud. It would be nice if it had more comfortable seating in the living area."

"My sisters and I enjoyed a quick stay in this cute house. It was perfect for our girls weekend. The views were beautiful and we were lucky enough to see dolphins! We drove into town on a Thursday night in the aftermath of a winter snow storm. Southern Belle was fantastic helping us with updates on roads, making sure we got in ok and making sure the house was ready. Would definitely go back!"

"I hate to give bad reviews but upon arrival we discovered several of the beds had large rodent poo on them. Master bedroom 1st floor, bunk beds, one of the twins and the double sized bed. We contacted the property manager and I was super nice I just asked if they would change the sheets and provide us with cleaner. They said absolutely, but a guys showed up and dropped off the sheets no cleaner. We made due but My wife and girls did not sleep well. I mentioned this to the propoerty manager...
