"Bien que le personnel soit très agréable et la propriété propre, il n'y a presque pas de vitesse Internet, la zone autour de l'hôtel est composée d'appartements et donc bruyante tard le soir avec des cris d'enfants. Il n'y a qu'un seul petit restaurant à distance de marche. Vous avez besoin d'une voiture pour vous rendre à la plage et les photos de l'hôtel sont trompeuses. "We did not get to stay at the property , I have no idea how this happened I wanted to book for St. Pierre the island of Nfld you can imagine my disappointment when after 2 hours looking & no one to help us a delivery man figured it out I changed my booking after being told there was no ferry on Monday & thought all was good I could not call hotel as we had no phones with us as we were out of the country so we lost out.."

"It's a relative big 3 star hotels. The room is very small an no lift in the building, but it is value for money. The hotel also comes with a pool and has lots of parking spaces. Not much restaurants around. Burger King and a big supermarket is not far from the hotel."

"Très déçus de pas avoir pu manger au restaurant un soir de St Valentin, impossible de réserver en ligne, même pas pris la peine d'essayer de trouver une solution, obligés de se débrouiller pour trouver à manger à l'extérieur, et qui plus est, assez loin avec embouteillage. Un hôtel sans pouvoir manger n'est pas un hôtel, peu importe le jour. (Pas de services proposés dans l'hôtel comme massages, spa,...) Lit bébé "cassé" et pas de matelas dedans. Impossible de s'assoir sur la terrasse car...

"Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à la Villa ! Nathalie et Steph rendent le lieu comme nous pouvons attendre d'une chambre d'hote: On se sent à la maison, voir chez des amis ! Localisation: Le village d'entre-deux est très mignon avec un vis à vis sublime sur les montagnes réunionnaises. "Room was reasonably sized and bed was comfy. Efficient cleaning service kept the room looking nice but no window in the bathroom meant it smelled damp and we saw some cockroaches. Front wall of the bedroom is a large window so you must decide between privacy and natural light. Staff were pleasant and friendly but not very helpful e.g. on arrival when we asked for advice on where to eat they did not mention that many restaurants close on Sundays and those that do open is usually after 7pm!...

"A very short amazing stay at Best Western. May be a point for improvement is the pillows. They are square, too small and too soft, the queen size bed was okay. May be if more TV and radio channels could be added, especially in english as all of them were in french. Otherwise no complain as such."
