"Consigliato se si dispone di un'auto, l'hotel è in una posizione ottimale per la visita di Matera. In c/a 10 minuti si raggiunge infatti il comodo parcheggio di piazza Firrao e il cuore della città. La struttura è nuova, con camere ben arredate e molto confortevoli. Ottima la pulizia (vi si pratica la raccolta differenziata, anche in camera), gentile il personale. "Miscommunication. Drove around for an hour trying to find parking. There was no one at the reception area. The reception area was small and in ill repair. The key was hanging in a hook. We did not stay as it felt unwelcoming and we couldn’t find the parking garage. "
